Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I usually work with Jerry and find they always make me feel great about doing business with them. Their labor rates are below the dealership rates and the work they do is always perfect and they ensure that you are completely satisfied. Try to ask for Jerry if you can and you won't be disappointed. Count on excellent service and great people who care and have been doing business in Carrollton for many years! They have helped me save money and not charged me for work that I "thought" I needed but they told me otherwise and were right! Honesty is found here for sure!

An honest full service auto repair? ABSOLUTELY. I will always take my cars and recommend this shop. They could have taken me for hundreds this morning, but the owner's integrity was above reproach. Took my 2005 Cadillac 47K mi in to have the brake pads replaced as preventative maintenance so I wouldn't end up with an expensive rotor replacement later. He showed me the pads, said that I could get another 30K or more on them. He easily could have done the work, taken my money and moved on. 5 minutes later, "you're all set". No charge. I will definitely be back for my regular maintenance, all of it...from oil changes to alignments. I'll be back.

They are very customer friendly, give great service, my dad always says to "Call Brake-O" before i call anyone else as they will always tell me the truth and will get the answers you need, deserve and just honest folks. My Family (7 people total) have been going here for years... Father and Son business phenomenal.. go here if you want an honest, and affordable option.. They have the answers!

Just moved to town and found my auto a/c was out. Found this place in my Google and with the help of ratings from the good folks here I arranged for service. Would like to say that I called other places first just to see how I was treated. Was given a song and dance even before I made an appointment with others. Then I called Jerry. He was pleasant, professional and assured me it could be something minor and cost would be also be minor. Took the car in. Got a call less than an hour later explaining the problem and a quote for repair and a very reasonable price. I love these guys!! Nice to have good honest people out there! And thanks for the ratings making my initial decision easier. |
